kitchen quick tips
Water does not add flavour to a dish only moisture. Whenever possible substitute water in a recipe or dish with stock, juice, coffee, tea or any appropriate liquid substitution that has flavour.

It's little tips like these that every cook should know!! I love using apple and orange juice..I try and stay away from the stock if I can due to all the salt.

Hi Nipsy and thanks for visiting. If you use homemade stock either canned or frozen you can avoid all that salt :)
