Do you have to wash it before using it then?
I've never heard of using rubbing alcohol on dishes.

Yes, wash and dry as you would normally then you the rubbing alcohol to bring stainless to a sparkly shine.
Sorry to be dense, but does the rubbing alcohol evaporate? Or do you have to wash the dishes before you eat?

Hi Linda, and no problem. The alcohol evapourates off AND sanitizes AND shines. It is a great tool in the kitchen to the point I use rubbing alcohol on my countertop and most kitchen surfaces.
