Kitchen Quick Tips - Storing Fresh Berries

Swirl fresh berries in a solution of 1 part vinegar to 10 parts water before refrigerating to prevent the berries from getting moldy or soft.

Hi Linda :) This tip will work for any berries. The vinegar kills off the nasties that can cause berries to mold.
