Cook ingredients that you are used to cooking by other techniques, such as fish, chicken, or hamburgers. In other words be comfortable with the ingredients you are using.

Today is
National Peanut Butter Cookie Day! Now as far as my husband is concerned everyday should be peanut butter cookie day. I originally posted about
peanut butter cookies on October 25, 2006. While I did make a batch of these today there really is nothing new to report other than as always they are yummy! Pictured are the cookies exactly as I always make them. There is nothing fancy or pretentious about them still they are a crowd pleaser!
