If cottage cheese is on sale pick up a few containers. Turn the containers upside down in the fridge. They will last several weeks to a couple of months when stored this way.

I guess I don't get it, what does it do by turning the package over?
ReplyDeleteHi Ted and thanks for visiting. Turning the container upside down especially after opening prevents forms an airtight seal. This tip works for all tub dairy products like yogurt as well.
