Kitchen Quick Tips - Recipe Changes


Any time you try a recipe make a note feedback and/or any changes you made. Tweaking this way will help you develop the recipe to your tastes. This is one time it's ok to write in books :)

    I agree.

    But I can't answer your latest poll. I'm not very brand loyal, but I don't always go for the cheapest option. The main other consideration is the ingredient list -- looking for MSG-like items and such, or organic certification. Or other product-specific things, like eggs from cage-free hens.

    Whatever is cheapest AND meets whatever criteria I have for that product is what I get.
