Got a new roof put on yesterday, finally. One less thing to worry about. :)LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27248498.post-24882034789226288962011-10-21T17:18:04.882-04:002011-10-21T17:18:04.882-04:00Hi Linda :( I hope things are well with you. I put the rib roast in the roaster, added the potatoes and mushrooms then cooked at 200ºF then increased the temperature to 350ºF for the last 15 minutes of cooking. I removed the roast and vegetables then used a flour slurry to make the gravy. Easy, peasy :)Garden Gnomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07560748179792613782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27248498.post-89249481826370183872011-10-21T16:03:12.602-04:002011-10-21T16:03:12.602-04:00Glad you are enjoying your new house. :)

My roasts usually end up dry. :/<br />The mushrooms in the picture look great!LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.com
