If it is any consolation when we wed, my fancy Sunday meal was Shake & Bake chicken, frozen corn and instant mashed potatoes. I've come a long way since then and yet every once in awhile my husband asks me to make an old fashioned fancy Sunday meal :) The neat thing about cooking is you can always (well almost always) eat your mistakes and you learn from them. Keep at cooking. It will come and one day you will look back and laugh at some of the things you did when cooking as well.

Enjoy!Garden Gnomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07560748179792613782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27248498.post-49828915229443008422008-03-21T22:50:00.000-04:002008-03-21T22:50:00.000-04:00Jenn, thanks for visiting and welcoming me to The ...Jenn, thanks for visiting and welcoming me to The Foodie Blogroll! I'm glad it brought back good memories for you. A lot of people still make sausage with a hand grinder and the best meat to make sausage with is one you have ground yourself.

Enjoy :)Garden Gnomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07560748179792613782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27248498.post-56782077599523488582008-03-20T17:58:00.000-04:002008-03-20T17:58:00.000-04:00Looks goodly! Nothing beats it. I remember his big meat grinder and the casings. He did it all by hand - nothing electric!
This looks much simpler! Thanks for sharing and bringing me back to those days when he was with us and making those wonderful sausages!

Welcome to The Foodie Blogroll!Thistlemoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17898600488153652504noreply@blogger.com
